Mr. Daniels has worked for nearly 40 years as a self-employment licensed General Contractor in the states of Washington, Idaho, and California. Mr. Daniels held a B-1 in the state of California from 1986 to 1994 and worked on a variety of construction projects that included but not limited to:

Mr. Daniels is experienced in assisting attorney firms and insurance companies as an independent consultant and expert in the prosecution or defense of construction litigation pertaining to construction defects. He is a certified international residential building inspector with the ICC, and diversified in the IRC, IBC, & IECC. Mr. Daniels is experienced in litigation support, construction defect analyses, and code compliance.
Mr. Daniels extensive experience in the construction industry has given him an intricate knowledge of building methodologies, materials and building codes, which has enabled him to interpret and analyze a finished project and determine if it has been properly constructed.
